Kesari Bath Mix

One of the traditional cuisines of Karnataka, is made primarily with Semolina or Rava. This sweet, Delicious and healthy breakfast is simple to cook and easy to digest. Its palatable taste is a treat to your taste buds.

Ingredients: Sooji (35°/o) , Sugar, Ghee, Cashew nuts, Raisins, Cardamom, Clove, Camphor (food grade), Permitted food colours

Cooking Direction:

  1. Take one measure – a cup of your choice – of Water and keep it for boiling(add ripe pineapple I banana pieces for enhanced taste)
  2. As it starts to boil, add 1- 2 tsp of ghee and slowly add 1 measure of Ogara Kesari Bhath Mix.
  3. Keep stirring the mix gently into a uniform thickened mix (add ghee to enhance taste) and let it cool.
